Weapon and Armor Proficiency

Add the kukri to the list of weapons with which a rogue is proficient.

Rogues are proficient with all simple weapons, plus the hand crossbow, kukri, rapier, sap, shortbow, and short sword. They are proficient with light armor, but not with shields.
